*ATTENTION* Important Message for Coaches and Parents:

As a reminder, you are not permitted to be on the field of play, during a match or when play is going on. I witnessed this last Saturday, a coach standing next to the goal and entering the field of play into the penalty area of a U10 girls match. The coach was asked to leave the field of play and return to her sideling to coach from the proper location.

Secondly, when a player falls or goes down, do not rush the field ...as I saw also in this same game. Give the referee time to stop play and check on the player and call for you to come check on the player. And while on an injury time out, you can not come out on the field and call you team together to coach them. This causes a delay in the restart of the match. The referees attempt to make sure the players are ok and usually ask if they need their coach before signaling for the coach. Also remind the parents of players that they also can not come on the field. If the injury is severe, then of course we will allow parents to be with their child, while both teams are off the field and the player is being treated.
